If you have any issues, questions, or uncertainties during operation, please feel free to contact us at any time. 【Inspection Settings and Results】 We conducted verification on the sample we received regarding the reading of characters on the tube and the color inspection of the cable. As a result, we were able to detect errors in the characters on the tube and make a pass/fail judgment. We set up a total of six inspection frames, with three frames for the tube section configured with the "OCR pro" function. By setting the "Presence/Absence Inspection of Specified Color" function in the three frames for the cable section, we were able to make judgments on six locations in 0.42 seconds. The inspection frames were set larger to ensure that the inspection parts fit within the frames even with slight misalignments. The inspection settings are based on the premise that the positions and orientations of the cable and tube are fixed in predetermined locations.
